Lowcountry Paddlefest- September 6th
Herman & Davis Properties is proud to sponsor this year’s Lowcountry Paddlefest, benefiting The Outside Foundation and the Hilton Head Island Recreation Association.
The weekend kicks off Friday with Sprint Races and a lively Pint Night, followed by Saturday’s main Paddle Fest featuring endurance races, kids’ activities, live music, and family fun at the Rowing & Sailing Center. On Sunday, join the Pinckney Island Litter Sweep or catch the fast-paced Technical Races off Sea Pines Beach Club.

Harbour Town Fall Fest- September 14th
Celebrate the season at the Harbour Town Fall Fest, where shopping, music, food, and family fun come together against the beautiful Harbour Town backdrop. Pickney Island Wildlife Refuge Litter Sweep- September 7th
Join Us for the Pinckney Island Wildlife Refuge Litter Sweep
The Outside Foundation hosts litter sweeps and waterway clean-ups throughout the year, ranging from “Pick Up & Jog” events to kayak clean-ups and beach sweeps. On Sunday, September 7, 2025, volunteers are invited to help at the Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge from 8:00-10:00 AM.
It’s a simple but powerful way to give back, protect our Lowcountry environment, and keep Hilton Head’s waterways beautiful. All are welcome!

Arts Center of Coastal Carolina | Theater Series- Come From Away September 24- October 26th
Experience the award-winning Broadway and West End hit Come From Away, the remarkable true story of 7,000 air passengers grounded in Newfoundland during the wake of 9/11—and the small town that welcomed them with open hearts. Winner of multiple Olivier and Tony Awards, this moving musical blends soaring music, real-life characters, and unforgettable stories of humanity, resilience, and unity.

Hilton Head Island Fish and Girts Music Festival- October 4th

The Fish and Grits Music Festival on Hilton Head Island celebrates this unique culture with a one-day event blending soulful performances, authentic cuisine, and handcrafted art. From R&B and jazz to spoken word, and from shrimp and grits to local treasures, the festival shines a spotlight on the Gullah Geechee legacy — a living connection to West Africa, creativity, and community.

Jeep Island 2025 - October 10th
Get ready for a weekend full of adventure, flavor, and community at the Jeep Island & Chili Cookoff Extravaganza! From October 10–11, 2025, Jeep lovers and foodies alike can enjoy an Oktoberfest-themed Meet & Greet at Lincoln & South, followed by the main event on Saturday at Lowcountry Celebration Park. Expect Jeep competitions, live music by RetroRoxx, family fun, and plenty of chili tasting.
