Although originally from Dayton, Ohio, Becky Herman has made her name as a top Hilton Head expert. Becky believes that all client relationships are based on trust first. She works hard for her clients and develops relationships that endure the test of time. As a skilled listener, which means not only listening to what people say, but what they don’t, Becky has also become a great anticipator. She is usually two steps ahead of the game, often delivering what is needed before being asked. Having lived in Hilton Head for 32 years, 23 of which she has held a prominent name in the local real estate industry, Monica is passionate about where she lives and is a true ambassador of the Lowcountry. Her parents first owned a condo in Hilton Head’s oceanfront community of Folly Field in the early 1970s, so she grew up fishing, crabbing off the docks, biking, and enjoying else island life has to offer.
When Monica is asked, she lights up and explains that her 23 years of real estate have been an absolute pleasure. Originally hailing from Washington, Georgia, Lynn has been living in Bluffton for a little over 16 years – and visiting Hilton Head Island for over 28 years. With that amount of time in the Low Country, Lynn has become an expert in the signature way of life that makes this gorgeous place feel like home. As part of the Herman & Davis Team, she specifically helps buyers and sellers in the Hilton Head and Bluffton market. She started her career in the Lowcountry helping with vacation rentals and that experience continues to facilitate the work she does every day in creating a seamless transaction for her clients.
Michelle Elliott, born and raised in Charlotte, NC., enjoys helping families buy and sell real estate here in the Lowcountry. Her energy, knowledge, and attention to detail have contributed to her success on the Herman and Davis team. Her goal is to ensure all of her clients have a 5-star experience from the initial meeting to the closing! In addition to her real estate business, Michelle is passionate about giving back to the place she calls home. She serves on several boards including Hopeful Horizons and the Hilton Head Association of Realtors, and has earned the Realtor Service Award the last three years. Originally from central New York, Steve relocated to Hilton Head Island in 2013. Prior to making the move into real estate, Steve served more than eight years in public service as a firefighter and EMT in New York and at Hilton Head Island Fire & Rescue. Harmon joined Charter One Realty in 2016 and quickly established himself in the community where he represents buyers and sellers both on and off-Island. He is an avid golfer who enjoys the privileges of getting to play the pristine courses on Hilton Head Island and Bluffton. Steve and his wife, Ashton, live in Indigo Run and have a four year old daughter, Campbell Elizabeth Harmon. Steve’s love of the Lowcountry and energy as a young professional are attributes that are serving him well in his profession.
Born and raised in the snowy city of Erie, Pennsylvania, Victoria immediately fell in love with the Lowcountry when she made the move to Hilton Head Island in the summer of 2018. With a diverse background in marketing and social media, she was ecstatic when the opportunity arose to join the Herman & Davis team. Victoria has a true passion for the real estate industry and genuinely enjoys assisting all clients, agents, and colleagues. She loves being involved in each sales transaction from start to finish!
