Although originally from Dayton, Ohio, Becky Herman has made her name as a top Hilton Head expert. Becky believes that all client relationships are based on trust first. She works hard for her clients and develops relationships that endure the test of time. As a skilled listener, which means not only listening to what people say, but what they don’t, Becky has also become a great anticipator. She is usually two steps ahead of the game, often delivering what is needed before being asked. Becky has an innate gift of discovering her clients’ true wants and needs and is a master at setting up a “game plan” that will lead to a successful outcome, without wasting time.
Becky prides herself on negotiating the best contracts for her clients through the wisdom she has gained from years of experience. She then goes to work orchestrating the countless tasks behind the scenes so that she can make every transaction a seamless experience for her clients.
After hours you will find that she has no shortage of activities to enjoy…especially if it’s outdoors! You will find her on the beach, hanging out with her dog, Benson, golfing, riding her bike, or relaxing on the boat. She enjoys the people she meets every day, who come from all walks of life and all over the country. Coming from Macon, Georgia, I’ve always felt drawn to the Lowcountry (and the lifestyle it affords). My parents first owned a condo in Folly Field in the early 1970s, so I’ve grown up fishing, crabbing off the docks, biking, and enjoying the beautiful beach. In 1989, I made Hilton Head my permanent home, and I’ve loved every moment of it!
I’ve been in the business for more than 19 years, and every single year has been an absolute pleasure. I love being able to offer my experience, expertise, and excellent service to people. When my clients work with me, they know that they are getting the best experience with the best results.
Tierra may be an Allentown, Pennsylvania native but her love for the Lowcountry and all it has to offer makes her a Hilton Head native at heart. The beauty of the island drives her dedication to help her clients find their piece of paradise.
When Tierra is not enhancing her negotiating skills or showing property to prospective buyers she loves to be outdoors. Whether she is biking any one of the numerous trails on Hilton Head or farming honey from the hives in her backyard, Tierra finds her peace outside with the salty air and blue skies.
Jenny has been an asset to the Herman & Davis team since joining in 2020 as a licensed executive assistant. While she grew up on a picturesque flower farm in the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts, she has been lovingly calling the Lowcountry home since 2016. Jenny works closely with all of our agents, clients, attorneys, inspectors, and more to ensure that all of our clients have a seamless experience.
Michelle is an energetic and committed Realtor serving the Lowcountry. She started her professional career in the banking and real estate industry, focused on mortgage lending, operations and compliance. She always had a passion for real estate and helping people achieve home ownership. Her goal is to ensure each of her clients, whether buying or selling, are well informed and prepared.
Michelle was born and raised in Charlotte, NC so she has true southern roots. She vacationed with family and friends to Hilton Head Island often and fell in love with the Lowcountry early on and knew that this is where she is meant to be. Michelle and her family made Hilton Head their permanent home and enjoy getting involved around town.
