Amenities
Spring Lake Pool
Located at the Hilton Head Plantation Spring Lake Recreation Area, this new design includes a zero-depth entry, lazy river, splash pad, cabanas, and updated bathhouses. During the summer months, the Spring Lake pool is open until 8:30 p.m. In the spring and fall, it remains open until dusk.
Beach
Located in the Dolphin Head Recreation Area, there are two miles of gorgeous walking beach.
Two Conservancies
Hilton Head Plantation is proud of its two Conservancies, Whooping Crane Pond Conservancy and the Cypress Conservancy.
Tennis
12 Har Tru tennis courts, 2 bocce ball courts, and 3 shuffleboard courts.

Bluff Walk
This is a recreational leisure path through gorgeous vegetation and wildlife.
Life at Hilton Head Plantation can be as laid back or as busy as you want it to be. The events calendar is always updated and full of activities that appeal to all ages and levels of fitness.
There’s even a Kids Kamp based at the Spring Lake Recreation Area where children can play, learn and grow together. Activities include everything from music and puppets to fishing and arts and crafts, and even cooking for the older group.
Farmers Market
Every Saturday from May 1 – July 10 there is a market at Seabrook Farm.
Walking the Bicycling
Hilton Head Plantation residents have access to walking or bicycling on the new asphalt leisure path added along Whooping Crane Way joining Teal Lane to Windflower Court.
Clubs
There are way too many to mention but a few are the Avid Gardeners, Fishing Club, HHP Crafters, Kayak Club, Men’s Tuesday Cooking Club, Newcomers Club, Poker Pals, Wood Carvers, Yacht Club, and the Garage Band.
Security
Security is taken very seriously at Hilton Head Plantation. This department has 27 full-time Security Officers in varying positions. Most have either law enforcement or military background. Two patrols and the Main and Cypress gates are on duty 24 hours a day.
Security Personnel patrol 72 miles of roads and amenity areas, respond to and complete reports on lost, missing, and stolen property, respond to medical emergencies, inspect homes of residents who are away, animal control m monitor and respond to fire and burglar alarms, jump-start vehicles, assist residents who are locked out of home or auto, provide gas for stranded vehicles, provide security checks or commercial areas after closing, and conduct health and comfort checks for the elderly.
