Hilton Head Island Shamrock Run - March 16
Get your Irish on and bring out your inner Leprechaun during The 29th Annual Hilton Head Island Airport Shamrock 5K Run
The flat and fast Shamrock 5K Run / Walk race course starts on Pope Avenue, near the front of New York City Pizza at Heritage Plaza. The event finishes inside Coligny Plaza. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day during Hilton Head Island’s Running of the Green. The 5K Run / Walk will start at 8:00am.
It’s Fun to Run in Green. We encourage everyone to run or walk in St. Patty’s Colors. The Shamrock 5K is a fun and healthy St. Patrick’s Day family tradition. A percentage of proceeds from the event will go to benefit Sunset Rotary Club of HH.
Irish Fest HHI Parade - March 17
The 39th Hilton Head Ireland St. Patrick’s Day Parade will once again march down Hilton Head Island’s Pope Avenue! Get your GREEN on and join us for the best and the oldest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in all of South Carolina. It is going to be a grand celebration!

RBC Heritage - April 15-21
Tickets are on sale for the 2024 RBC Heritage. RBC Heritage is a celebration of community. Music & Taste on the Harbour
A Hilton Head Island, SC favorite, dance the night away on Thursday nights in the spring and fall at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina featuring local favorite bands, great food and all the dancing you can possibly do.
This exciting seasonal event returns this fall at the Neptune Statue, combining the best local bands with delicious food and drinks.
This pet-friendly outdoor concert series features a variety of bands on select Thursday nights from 6 – 9 p.m.
