Lowcountry Experiences on the Water- February 23rd

From February 23–27, 2026, the Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival hosts a hands-on Lowcountry waterman experience at Hudson’s Seafood House on the Docks.

Guests will join Captain Chris Shoemaker for a two-hour excursion learning the art of shrimping, oystering, and crabbing. Afterward, enjoy a sampling of the fresh catch at the restaurant, along with a complimentary soft drink or draft beer.

2026 Darius Rucker Intercollegiate Golf Tournament- March 2nd

The 2026 Darius Rucker Intercollegiate returns to Long Cove Club on Hilton Head Island March 2–4, 2026, bringing top collegiate golfers to one of the nation’s premier residential courses. Ranked #17 in Golfweek’s Top 200 Residential Courses in the U.S., Long Cove’s renowned Pete Dye design provides a stunning backdrop for this celebrated tournament. Spectators are welcome free of charge, with complimentary parking and shuttle service from Central Church (975 William Hilton Pkwy). Guests may also enjoy food and beverages available for purchase near the Clubhouse by the 9th green.

Wingfest 2026- March 21st

Get ready for a flavorful day of fun at Wingfest 2026 on Saturday, March 21, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Hilton Head Island Recreation Association, located at 94 Pope Avenue in Hilton Head Island. This family-friendly festival will feature 20–25 local restaurants serving up more than 8,000 pounds of delicious chicken wings, along with exciting activities for all ages, including a kids’ zone, rock climbing wall, and bungee jump. Guests can join the fun by participating in the Kids’ Wing Bobbing Competition or the Adult Wing Eating Contest, and everyone can vote for their favorite wings before the winning restaurant is crowned at 4:30 PM. Admission is $10 (free for children under 11), with food, drinks, and activities sold separately. Please note this is a credit card–only event.

Harbour Town Spring Fest- March 22nd

Mark your calendar for March 22, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and head to Harbour Town at 149 Lighthouse Road, Hilton Head Island, SC for a full day of coastal fun hosted by The Sea Pines Resort. Enjoy the charm and splendor of Harbour Town with a lively sidewalk sale from 11 AM to 6 PM featuring great deals at Harbour Town Shops, plus waterfront dining available all day. From 12 to 4 PM, explore a showcase of classic cars presented by the Carolina Dreamers Car Club. The afternoon continues with family-friendly activities from 1 to 4 PM, including an inflatable axe throwing game and exciting nautical adventures with watersports, tours, and boat rides. Don’t miss local favorite Deas-Guyz performing live from 1 to 4 PM, bringing an energetic mix of Motown, R&B, pop, rock, reggae, and dance hits to the harbour. 2026 Spring Native Plant Sale- March 28th

Coastal Discovery Museum will host its annual Spring Native Plant Sale at Honey Horn on Saturday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission to the event is free, and one-gallon potted plants will be available for $10 each, while three-gallon potted plants are $20 each. Purchases may be made by cash or check.
