Bluffton Community Santa Run 5K and Kids Santa Chase- December 20th
Kick off the holidays with the 2025 Santa Run 5K & Santa Chase on December 20th at Martin Family Park! Bring your festive spirit—and your best holiday costume—for a fun run supporting Bluffton Self Help. Enjoy a snowy finish line, free hot chocolate, food trucks, and plenty of holiday cheer. Kids under 8 can join the magical Santa Chase, a 200-meter dash where little runners chase Santa and scoop up candy canes and treats. Register by December 17th to snag your commemorative t-shirt, pick up packets at Palmetto Running Company, and get ready to run, walk, laugh, and give back this season!
Gregg Russell Christmas Concert- December 23rd
Celebrate the spirit of the season with a festive evening in Harbour Town. Gather as Gregg Russell delights guests of all ages with holiday songs and guitar performances. Plus, enjoy a special visit from Santa Claus from 5:30–7 p.m.! This event is complimentary for all to enjoy.
Sandy Sledding- December 27th
Get ready for holiday fun as you sled down the sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island! Teams will compete by building their own holiday-themed sleds using the supplies provided. After constructing their creations, each team will put their sled to the test and be judged on speed, durability, and creativity. Reservations are required.
New Year's Eve Celebration - December 31st
Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Harbour Town Lighthouse with festive food, entertainment, live music, and ball drops at 7 PM and midnight! This year’s 7 PM drop honors Frank Soule, retiring after 39 years of remarkable service to Hilton Head Island recreation. Sponsored by The Sea Pines Resort, Harbour Town, and Encor, this family-friendly celebration is the perfect way to welcome 2026.
