Known to the natives as the “land between two rivers” and a place of abundant fishing and wildlife, Colleton River is a place nestled in the heart of the Lowcountry and loved for its natural setting. It has a rich history of pirates and sailors and is a place where part of the Revolutionary War took place and a great Civil War battle was fought.

The Lowcountry marshes and moss-draped Live Oaks make a quiet home for an extraordinary life.  Here is a place that both soothes the soul and bursts with energy. There is a balance between privacy and a vibrant social, golf, and sporting life.  Located just minutes from restaurants and shopping, there is easy access to the best of the Lowcountry.
