The median sales price now sits at $1,150,000—an 8.7% jump from last year, reflecting steady demand for island living.
Bluffton Market Update
Bluffton showed mixed results in August. New listings climbed 5%, yet sales held steady with no increase over last year number of sales. The median home price remains around $555,000, while Days on Market rose 40% to 80 days, signaling more breathing room for buyers.
