A true team approach from the first meeting through the closing. They are all excellent communicators and go far beyond what I have experienced during other residential transactions. They are, without question, the best real estate firm I have had the pleasure of working with. I am so happy after interviewing three local realtors that we chose H&D!

We enjoyed our evening with Becky, Monica, and their team on the sunset cruise. What a perfect night. Food was great, cocktails were plentiful, and friendly faces all made for an excellent evening. We would definitely recommend Herman and Davis for all your HHI real estate needs.

Best Marketing/Real Estate Sales/Consultants in the Hilton Head Area. Sold my house in one day. I know they can't do that for everyone, but it impressed me. Have great contacts in the real estate-related industries, attorneys, moving companies, Contractors, etc. They share this knowledge with you. And then they helped me find my new house. I don't know what else I can say. Becky and this entire team are the best.

I have worked with Herman and Davis on four real estate transactions over the last six years. They truly care about you, listen to your needs, and go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Their strong knowledge of the Hilton Head market proved very valuable. I highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the excellent work of Herman and Davis Properties in the purchase of our home in Long Cove. Monica Davis was our realtor during this process, and she was prompt, well-informed, professional, and cordial in all of our interactions. All aspects of buying a home were handled smoothly by Monica and her team. We highly recommend them without any reservations whatsoever. If you want the best, go to the best: Herman & Davis Properties.

Monica and the entire team at Herman and Davis proved themselves to be very valuable throughout my recent transaction on Hilton Head. I was buying a type of property that was new to me, combined with living out of the area, but having Monica on my side made it a breeze. Monica is extremely knowledgeable about the market, has all the right connections, and her 20+ years of Hilton Head-specific experience show. She made the transaction very smooth, and I cannot think of any way it could have been improved. If and when we are ready to list our property, there is no one else we would call. Thank you, Monica!

Herman Realtors has helped us both buy and sell a rental property, and we couldn’t be happier. They have decades of experience in the real estate market in Hilton Head. They exceeded our expectations by selling our home quickly and at a great price. I would highly recommend Becky and her team to anyone looking for their slice of heaven on the island.

Becky was a pleasure to work with. She genuinely listened to our "wants" and showed us several homes that met our requirements. She was well prepared for our home search visit and was extremely honest regarding the pros and cons of each home and location. I would recommend Herman and Davis if you are looking for a firm that is knowledgeable, hard-working, and honest.

We had the pleasure of working with Becky in 2013 and 2014 when we were looking to purchase a vacation home on HHI. Becky listened to what we thought our criteria were, and before long, she understood what we were looking for better than we did. She showed us several properties, and we put in an offer on one, but we were outbid. We then put in an offer on another property, but it was in foreclosure and took over a year to close the deal. Becky was there to support us for that whole time. She regularly kept us updated, and once we closed, she continued to answer questions when we were looking for local vendors or information. Becky was always polite,...

Outstanding agency that knows how to treat its customers well. My wife and I enjoy attending their customer-focused events, and they are all top-notch. Our agent Steve is a good friend now after helping us to find and buy our forever house in Bluffton. Highly recommend for a straightforward buying and/or selling experience.
