Originally from New Jersey, Jenna Kooi is thrilled to finally call the Lowcountry home. Her journey has taken her across the country—living in California, Arizona, Georgia, Maryland, and Indiana—before ultimately finding her forever home in the Hilton Head and Bluffton area. Before real estate, Jenna spent nearly 15 years as a local news anchor, where she honed exceptional communication skills, poise under pressure, and a deep connection to the communities she served.
Over the years, she and her family have experienced the area as both part-time and full-time residents, buying, selling, and renovating homes across a variety of Lowcountry neighborhoods. This firsthand experience gives Jenna rare insight into what distinguishes each community—from lifestyle and amenities to long-term value and resale strategy. For the past five years, Jenna has been a licensed real estate professional serving Bluffton and Hilton Head Island, facilitating transactions in many of the region’s most prestigious luxury golf and waterfront communities, including Wexford, Colleton River, Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall, and Palmetto Bluff. Jenna is deeply committed to making each transaction seamless, strategic, and genuinely enjoyable for her clients.
As a mother of three, Jenna is well-versed in local schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, and the lifestyle considerations that matter most to relocating families. Golf is also central to her family’s life—her children compete at a high level—and she brings authentic, personal knowledge of many of the Lowcountry’s premier golf communities.
